Rockson engineering- Administration Officer

Function
You will be responsible for providing critical administrative support to management. Your key result areas will include supply chain management, facility management, asset management and corporate security. You will be responsible for managing the company’s external relations (with special emphasis on community relations and regulatory matters), as well as ensuring the provision of efficient protocol services to employees and visitors.
Minimum Requirement

You will be degree-qualified (preferably with a relevant post-graduate degree qualification) and aged between 35 and 40 years’. You must have a minimum of eight years post graduation experience, five of which must have been in a similar role within a reputable corporate organisation. Strong management and interpersonal skills will be complemented by a high degree of personal organisation and effectiveness.
