Function
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of operations at the company’s guest houses. Your key responsibilities will include safeguarding properties and assets, managing guest house budgets, vendor management and staff supervision. You will establish appropriate performance standards and put in place a quality control and customer service system to ensure that the highest quality of service is delivered to guests at all times.
Minimum Requirement
You will be degree-qualified in estate management or a related field; and aged between 35 and 40 years. You must have a minimum of six years post graduation experience; three of which must have been in a similar role. You must be a firm and responsive manager and be able to address the problems and concerns of guests in a timely and courteous manner.
