Aldelia Limited is an international player in Permanent and Contract Staffing  specialized in the Energy Sector: Oil, Gas and Renewable Energies. The Company is looking for an Assistant Driller to work for its client in Nigeria.

QUALIFICATIONS: Valid IWCF Certificate Driller Level.

EXPERIENCE: Previous experience as Derrickman



RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be fully committed to working safely and be responsible for the safe working practices of the crew. Ensure full implementation of the STOP system, to include the careful monitoring of the crew and the taking part in daily STOP audits as instructed by the OIM. Ensure that drilling operations performed under his supervision are in compliance with current safety regulations. To be responsible for ensuring Floormen are correctly deployed for ongoing operations and familiar with the equipment in use on the drill floor and its safe operation. Inspect threads, coupling, and sealing faces on all equipment, which will be run in the hole. Supervise all the drilling technical equipment and the mechanical cleaning equipment for drilling mud and perform simple maintenance work
