ROLE DESCRIPTION
A graphic designer produces visual solutions to the communication needs of clients, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. Designers need imaginative flair, awareness of current trends in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which have impact on the design.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for translating client requirements into graphical design
- Create unique product combinations and solutions to meet client needs
- Expected to perform activities with minimum supervision
- Develop loyal and long-lasting client relationships through relationship management, including personal attention and follow-up
- Meet or exceed assigned design and sales quotas

Qualifications/Requirements
- Exhibit flair for creativity and design
- Ability to work with graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Fireworks, or similar programs
- Ability to work with MS Office suite of programs
- Strong sense of integrity and ethical practice
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
- Ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers
- Ability to conduct continuous self directed learning (i.e. from Internet and textbooks)
- Highly motivated, resilient, with a willingness to learn
