Description: Preparation of management and financial reporting in accordance with corporate procedures and IFRS standards.
• Preparation of business plans, budgets, cost estimates.
• Monitoring cash flow, execution of business plans, budgets.
• Evaluation of company's investment projects.
• Development and implementation of procedures for planning, budgeting, management reporting, KPIs, contracting and delegation of authority system within the company.
• Development of financial control system, data collection and analysis of financial information.
• Development and automation of accounting.
• Review and coordination of tender documents, draft contracts.
• Development and preparation of regular reporting to shareholders and partners.
Skills • Fluent English
• Work experience: 4-6 years
• Experience in managing a team of 2-3 people
• Experience in implementing management and financial reporting regulations
• Experience in oil and gas holding structures (desirable), knowledge of oil and gas sector
• A certificate of ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA is a plus.
