Responsibilities:
Reports to General Manager.
Maintain the entire hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with the energy conservation and prevention maintenance programs. Maintain effective Energy Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance programs. Responsible for the hiring, training and supervising of the department staff.
Qualifications
High School Cert./College Cert or Diploma/OND/HND/B.Sc/Associate Cert/Trade Test Certificate/Other Professional Certificates.
Preferably single status.
English and French knowledge, an asset.
Sportive type an asset.
Knowledge of PABX, BMS, Fire alarm system-prevention-drill, swimming pool maintenance, safety & security standards, project mgt, team building, driving license, first aid (asset), AC system, generator maintenance, electro-mechanics, cooling systems, fibre optic connections, internal telephone networks, TV distribution system, internet system,
